Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Note: Pre-Order items will be fulfilled within 7-14 days. Please follow up with our on-site chat if your order has not been received after 30 days.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Unfortunately due to the high costs of shipping our free shipping offer has ended. All orders will have a low $10 flat-rate shipping fee. Unfortunately, we do not ship outside the U.S.A. at this time.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $10 flat rate shipping to Hawaii, Alaska & Other Non-Continental US States.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at leslie4865@cox.net with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
