Marinade tip: When marinating, let it set for at least 30 minutes. The longer the better, and overnight is best!

A Legacy in a Bottle

In 1971, Fred Reed developed a steak house condiment for marinades and salads. After his wife Margie's cancer diagnosis, he sold his restaurant and dedicated himself to growing the dressing business. Fred promoted his creation at fairs and shows, expanding its reach. Reed's Dressing (RD) stocked 800+ grocery stores in OK, TX, KS, NE, NM, and CO. Fred's passing in Nov 2020 led his daughter Leslie and husband John to carry on his inspiring legacy.

must have

must have now for about 30 years or more for marinade for meats for bbq. also use it on salad(the best italian dressing), when there is no other that comes close. My italian friend agrees whole heartedly, always ask if I have any of that good Italian dressing. I use about a gallon in less than a year and at the price it is for the gallon I think it's a good value. If you don't try this dressing/marinade you are missing out on a basic useable product. A must have at the berryman home and cabin in colorado. my. oldest son is also a avid user and have since recruited a friend who bought half of my last gallon. thanks for a great product. jeff berryman

Bigger is better

For years we have ordered the small bottles to use for salad dressing. It so good that it is hard to keep enough on hand. We ordered a couple of gallons and just refill the bottles as needed.

Why do you not have to refrigerate it after you open it?

Reed’s dressing and marinades are made with spices you probably have in your pantry that require no refrigeration. We just made it taste delicious!

Is it diabetic friendly?

Yes, it is very low in sugar only one gram for two tablespoons.

What is the shelf life?

1 year but once you taste it, you will probably use it on everything!
